Art Show and Sale

 Boerne Professional Artists (BPA)
will host their annual
Parade of Artists Art Show and Sale
April 14-15, 2018

Registration process and calendar:
Registration and payment can be made to Boerne Professional Artists PO Box 2374, Boerne, TX 78006

Participating Artists – BPA member:  $35 Advertising fee

                                     Non BPA member $50 Registration fee

 Fee gives you a listing on the Parade of Artist Flier, and needs to be paid by March 15th to secure a spot in Serendipity and Rosewood Avenue Artists

 Registration begins:
Registration and payment for BPA members begins now through March 15th to get your name on the Flier.  Registration fees received after March 15th will be accepted on a first come basis regarding space availability.

 Registration ends:
Deadline for registration and payment of fees for the 2018 Parade of Artists Show and Sale is March 15, 2018.

 Notification of Acceptance:
Artists will be notified on or before March 31 regarding their location. Entry fees will be refunded in the case of no space availability.

Saturday, April 14, 2018     8:am set up. Show times 10:00am – 8:00 pm
Sunday, April 15, 2018        10:00 am – 3:00pm.  Break down following.

All participating artists are expected to help with set-up and tear-down or provide a “helper” to take their place.

 Please unload your vehicle and move it immediately to a parking place away from the drop-off area. Make room for your fellow artists to unload. It’s always a good idea to pre-plan your space.

 In all matters regarding the
Parade of Artists Show and Sale,
the event manager’s decision will be final.
